Peer Review Process

This journal follows a single-masked reviewing policy, where the reviewer's identity is always hidden from the submitting author. Authors must ensure their papers are presented honestly without fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or inappropriate data manipulation.

Anonymous referees assess submitted papers based on their contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. At least two reviewers, who could be either members of the Editorial Board or individuals with similar expertise in the field, will conduct anonymous reviews of the papers. In order to expedite the review process and provide prompt responses to authors, the editors may assess a submission and decide without sending the paper for external review.

The Editor will notify the author of the review results as soon as possible, ideally within eight weeks. The Editor's decision is final, and no further discussions regarding manuscripts deemed unsuitable for publication in this journal will be entertained. All communications, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revisions, will be emailed.
