Penerapan Pendekatan Individual dalam Pengelolaan Kelas Pada Pembelajaran IPS di MI Nahdlatussalam

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to describe an individual approach in classroom management in social studies learning at MI Nahdlatussalam. In line with the research objectives, this study uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The research subjects were three social studies teachers, and the object of the research was to apply an individual approach in classroom management in social studies topics. Methods- Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentary. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses editing techniques, data classification, and data interpretation; then, the data is analyzed using inductive techniques that conclude the specific to the general. Findings- The results showed that the application of the individual approach in class management in social studies subjects at MI Nahdlatussalam had been carried out quite well, then the problems in learning social science at MI Nahdlatussalam and the factors that influenced the implementation of the individual approach in the classroom management in social studies lessons, namely the teacher factor. , students, time, and facilities of MI Nahdlatussalam.
