Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction and its impact on teacher performance at Smk Sub Rayon 03 Central Tapanuli Tengah. This research is an Association Research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population of this study were all employees at SMK Sub Rayon 03 Central Tapanuli Tengah, totaling 133 teachers. The sample in this study amounted to 133 teachers at SMK Sub Rayon 03 Central Tapanuli Tengah. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Sub Rayon 03 Central Tapanuli Tengah, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Sub Rayon 03 Tengah Tapanuli Tengah, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in SMK Sub-Rayon 03 Central Tapanuli Tengah, Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at Sub-Rayon 03 Vocational High School Tapanuli Tengah Tengah, Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance at Sub-Rayon Vocational School 03 Central Tapanuli Tengah, Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence between motivation on teacher performance at SMK Sub Rayon 03, Central Tapanuli Tengah, and job satisfaction were able to mediate the effect of work discipline on teacher performance at SMK Sub Rayon 03 Central Tapanuli Tengah.
