Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to overcome the undisciplined behavior of schools through counseling with a contract technique behavior approach. The type of research used is case management. The focus of the study is behavior that often violates discipline. Methods-data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and description. The research subjects are four students who have intractable behavior problems. Findings- The results showed that the four counseling before counseling had undisciplined behavior at school. Subject 1 was caught saving indecent videos, so he was embarrassed and didn't want to go to school for a few days. Subject 2 often does not come to class without explanation. Subject 3 often skips school because he likes to play online games at internet cafes. Subject 4 often comes home early before the school bell rings. After being given counseling services with a behavioral contract approach, the counselee began to understand the importance of school..
