https://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JRMB/article/view/1653

Education plays a crucial role in enhancing labor productivity, particularly in the manufacturing sector, which requires high levels of skill and workplace efficiency. This research aims to analyze the influence of education on labor productivity through a comprehensive literature review approach. Various national and international literature were systematically studied to understand how the education level contributes to skill improvement, innovation, and labor efficiency. The findings show that workers with higher education levels tend to have a better understanding of technology, can adapt to industrial changes, and contribute more significantly to production efficiency. Studies in Indonesia indicate a positive correlation between education level and labor productivity in the manufacturing sector, with productivity increases of 5-15% for each higher level of education. Additionally, investment in education has proven to have a positive impact on company competitiveness and overall economic growth. This research recommends the need for education policies aligned with industry needs, strengthening link and match programs, and improving vocational curriculum quality to create a competent and adaptive workforce in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.
Amahda Nur AuliaKhoirul Sahita RahmaMuhammad Ashroful ArdiansyahMuhammad Yusuf KarimNina Farliana

https://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JRMB/article/view/1251

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of social media on vegetarian food literacy, investigate the impact of vegetarian food literacy on purchasing decisions, and identify the components of the AISAS model that most effectively influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study involved 158 respondents. Respondents consisted of Generation Y and Z individuals in Palembang, selected using a purposive sampling quota technique. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. SEM-PLS analysis in this study was employed to examine the direct impact of social media on vegetarian food literacy and consumer purchasing decisions, utilizing AISAS modeling. The results of this study indicate that social media has a significant and positive impact on consumers' attention, interest, and search behavior. The share factor is the most influential factor on consumer purchasing decisions and on vegetarian products. The influence provided by influencer testimonials and friends is considered the most effective in attracting other consumers to make a purchase. This can serve as a reference for vegetarian food businesses to identify the most effective marketing methods for influencing consumer purchasing decisions.
Nadya Sherwin

https://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JRMB/article/view/1306

This title was chosen because financial distress awareness can help management practices navigate risks that threaten a firm’s economic health. The analysis was conducted in the transportation & logistics sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, considering that the arrival of COVID-19 suppressed community mobility, resulting in a decrease in revenue and operating profit for companies in the sector. This research employed an associative quantitative method to analyze the secondary data collected. The research population comes from companies listed in the transportation & logistics sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique employed was a purposive sampling method, yielding 98 research samples. The analysis method used here is a pooled cross-section, which is assisted by Microsoft Excel and Eviews 13 tools. The results of this study state that Liquidity has a significant effect on Financial Distress; Profitability has no considerable effect on Financial Distress; Leverage has no significant impact on Financial Distress; and Company Size has no considerable effect on Financial Distress in companies listed in the transportation and logistics sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2022.
Siti Aisyah Akashi

https://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JRMB/article/view/1755

This study aims to identify and map the key factors that enhance employee productivity at PT NEIA Services in Tangerang City, focusing on three critical determinants: teamwork, work motivation, and compensation. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative strategy. Data were collected through saturated sampling of all 80 employees using structured questionnaires based on a Likert scale distributed via Google Form. The data analysis employed multiple linear regression, partial coefficient of determination, and t-test hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The findings provide a clear map of productivity drivers, demonstrating that all three factors significantly enhance employee productivity. Both teamwork and compensation show statistically significant positive effects, while work motivation exhibits a substantial positive influence on productivity outcomes. This research offers valuable insights for organizational management by highlighting strategic areas for intervention. The results suggest that optimized teamwork structures, enhanced motivation systems, and competitive compensation schemes serve as powerful levers for boosting workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.
Rafli Adri RefiantoMeita Pragiwani

https://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JRMB/article/view/1756

This study aims to analyze the determinants of job satisfaction, specifically the influence of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), within micro enterprises in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing primary data collected via questionnaires from micro-enterprise employees. As the exact population size was unknown, the Lemeshow formula was applied for sampling. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0, which employs a variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, also known as Partial Least Squares (PLS), to test the hypothesized relationships between variables. The results confirm that both organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. These findings highlight the crucial role of fostering employee dedication and promoting voluntary, constructive behaviors in enhancing satisfaction within the micro-enterprise context.
Jouse BastianGinanjar Syamsuar
