Abstract

This research aims to determine each direct and indirect effect of performance appraisal, intrinsic motivation on work productivity. In this study using quantitative research methods with the unit of analysis at the PT. Yamasari Prokindo. The population of this research is non-staffs and sampling with simple random sampling model is 33 respondents. Data processing in this study uses path analysis with multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study conclude that there is a direct influence of Performance Assessment on Intrinsic Motivation, Performance Assessment on Work Productivity, and Intrinsic Motivation on Work Productivity.
