Pregnancy is a physiological process accompanied by various physical and psychological changes that often cause discomfort, including back pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and anxiety. In Tempos Village, community-based efforts to improve maternal comfort through pregnancy classes have not been fully optimized, as participation in existing programs remains limited. To address this issue, a community empowerment-based prenatal yoga class was implemented to enhance the comfort of pregnant women while encouraging active participation in maternal health activities. The program was conducted through four sessions consisting of 30 minutes of prenatal yoga practice followed by 10 minutes of positive affirmations. Eight pregnant women in their second and third trimesters participated in the activity. Program evaluation was carried out using pre- and post-activity assessments with the Shortened General Comfort Questionnaire (SGCQ), and the results were analyzed descriptively to measure changes in participants' comfort levels. The implementation of the program demonstrated positive outcomes, with the proportion of participants in the high comfort category increasing from 37.5% before the activity to 75% after the intervention, while the moderate comfort category decreased from 62.5% to 25%. In addition to improving maternal comfort, the program strengthened participants' awareness and involvement in maintaining maternal well-being through regular prenatal exercise. Therefore, community empowerment-based prenatal yoga classes can serve as an effective complementary activity to support maternal health promotion at the village level.
