http://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JMSAB/article/view/1344

Tempeh is a well-known source of protein in Indonesia; the ever-increasing price of soybeans makes tempeh artisans feel unsupported by the government. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of social support for women tempeh artisans in developing innovations in the tempeh business. The support received and innovation is expected to help the sustainability of tempeh artisans. This research uses quantitative methods analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research respondents were a community of women tempeh craftsmen in Ciomas; the research was conducted from July to October 2023. The three hypotheses proposed in this study showed positive and significant results. P Value in all three hypotheses is smaller than 0.05. The results show that social support influences the development of tempeh-processed product innovation. Research shows that social support and innovation encourage the sustainability of tempeh artisans's businesses in Kampung Tempeh Ciomas. Research also shows that women need information and instrumental support to build sustainable businesses. The research concluded that women need training and business assistance to help produce innovations in various processed tempeh products. Women need social support to help realize sustainable businesses. Women need instrumental support through mentoring and training to create product innovations that support business sustainability.
Benedicta EvieYolanda Nadia Jacobus

http://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JMSAB/article/view/1551

The research investigated the relationship between self-congruity, perceived happiness, and the intention to revisit an ecotourism destination, mainly focusing on Generation Z in Jakarta. A total of 246 participants were analyzed using multi-group structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings revealed a strong positive correlation between self-congruity and happiness and between self-congruity and the intention to revisit. Additionally, happiness was found to influence the intention to revisit positively. The study also examined how gender differences affect the relationships among self-congruity, happiness, and the intention to revisit. This research provides insights into the connections between self-congruity, happiness, and the desire to return to ecotourism sites, especially among Gen Z travelers. Furthermore, exploring gender differences enhances our understanding of the factors that shape travel behavior and intentions in the context of ecotourism.
Dean Salomo Anthonino KumenaungHendryadi HendryadiFaris FaruqiSyahrul Effendi

http://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JMSAB/article/view/1210

This study investigates how leader humility enhances organizational agility by creating a learning climate in micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Using data from 219 MSEs in Jakarta, we test a mediation model to understand better how humble leadership influences organizational adaptability. The results confirm that leader humility significantly strengthens the learning climate (supporting hypothesis H1) and improves organizational agility (H2). The results established a positive relationship between learning climate and agility (H3), partially mediating the relationship between humility and agility (H4), accounting for 30% of the overall effect. This study makes three key contributions: (1) it demonstrates the dual impact of humility on agility through both direct and mediated pathways in MSE contexts; (2) it validates the learning climate as an important, though partial, mediator; and (3) it reveals how informal learning dynamics in MSEs enhance these effects. Moreover, this research expands the leadership literature by empirically testing an integrated humility-learning-agility framework in Indonesia's often-overlooked MSE sector, where flexible leadership is vital for survival.
Petiana Indriati

http://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JMSAB/article/view/1280

SNS is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Purwakarta Regency, West Java, which operates in the snack manufacturing business sector, namely Simping. Simply put, SNS often experiences obstacles in carrying out the production process, namely that the business owner still has difficulty calculating the number of raw materials needed and the materials that must be ordered. The implementation of the EOQ method in SNS MSMEs can be concluded that from several types of raw materials used in the process of making stamping, it can be calculated for the primary raw materials which have the most widely used quantities, namely tapioca flour, wheat flour, cooking oil and garlic with using the EOQ method, the respective EOQ for tapioca flour is 147.3 kg, wheat flour is 104.14 kg, cooking oil is 74 kg and garlic is 52 kg. In comparison, tapioca flour is 77kg for safety stock; wheat flour is 19.25kg, 4.8 kg of cooking oil, and 1.2 kg of garlic. The reorder point for each raw material is tapioca flour at 6.37kg, wheat flour at 3.18kg, cooking oil at 1.59kg, and garlic at 0.8kg.
Dewi PuspasariEko Wiji Pamungkas

http://ejournal.imperiuminstitute.org/index.php/JMSAB/article/view/1637

This study examines the application of a web-based e-commerce information system for marketing agricultural products. It assesses farmers' satisfaction with this system. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and source triangulation. Data analysis utilized the RACE framework and consumer satisfaction theory to assess system effectiveness and user perceptions. The findings indicate that the e-commerce system has successfully expanded market reach, improved transaction efficiency, and enhanced farmer engagement in digital marketing channels. Farmers reported positive experiences using the platform, highlighting its accessibility, adequate information flow, and improved marketing outcomes. The study's implications suggest that digitizing agricultural marketing through e-commerce information systems can enhance distribution efficiency, improve the welfare of farmers in rural areas, and support a transition toward a more modern and sustainable marketing system.
Fitri Widya SariIlham Hidayah NapitupuluYulifati Laoly
